What Domestic Shipping Options Are Available?

  • Two-Day Shipping Guaranteed within 2 business days (eligible areas only)

The most efficient carrier may be selected based on destination, package size, and weight. When necessary, we may substitute a shipping method at no additional charge.

Does free shipping apply to my order?

Free Value Shipping is available on qualifying orders over $49 shipped to:

Free shipping does not apply to:

Do you offer Saturday or Early AM Delivery?

Saturday or Early AM delivery may be available for eligible One-Day or Two-Day Shipping orders for an additional fee.

Military Addresses and U.S. Territories

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes! We ship to U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses when permitted by law and supplier restrictions.

All APO/FPO/DPO shipments are subject to U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations. Certain items may require additional review or may be restricted from shipment.

Products regulated under the United States Munitions List (USML) or subject to ITAR regulations cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and will be canceled.

Some brands may also restrict shipments to military addresses due to supplier agreements.

What are the differences for APO/FPO/DPO orders?

APO/FPO/DPO shipments may have:

  • Longer transit times than standard domestic shipments
  • Free Value Shipping eligibility on qualifying orders over $49
  • Additional export review that may extend processing time
Do you ship to U.S. Territories?

Yes! We ship to U.S. Territories, including:

  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • American Samoa

How should I enter a Military or U.S. Territory address?

For APO/FPO/DPO addresses:

  • Enter APO, FPO, or DPO in the city field
  • Enter AE, AA, or AP in the state field
  • Enter United States as the Country
  • Enter the assigned zip code

For U.S. Territories:

  • Select United States as the Country
  • Enter the appropriate territory abbreviation in the State field

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.

Transit times vary depending on the shipping service and destination country.

The recipient is responsible for:

  • Customs and duty fees
  • Taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Import restrictions

Customs or regulatory delays are outside of our control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable if a customer delays or refuses delivery.

Some items may be restricted from export under U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.

Freight Shipments

When does an order ship via freight?

Items that exceed standard carrier size or weight limits may require freight delivery.

If freight shipping is required:

  • Additional charges will be displayed during checkout
  • Delivery must be scheduled by appointment
  • An adult must be present to sign for the shipment

Orders requiring freight approval may be held for up to 7 days. If approval is not received, the order may be canceled.

What should I do if a freight shipment arrives damaged?

Inspect all freight deliveries BEFORE signing. If damage is visible:

  • Document damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos
  • Refuse the shipment
  • Contact us immediately

If a freight shipment is accepted without noting damage, carrier claims may not be possible.

Return shipping costs for accepted freight deliveries are the customer's responsibility.

Processing & Tracking

How long does it take to process my order?

Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

Orders shipping from vendors, custom-built items, or regulated products may require additional processing time.

What is Priority Order Processing, and how does it work?

Priority Processing & Handling is an optional paid service that prioritizes the internal processing of your order.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST may qualify for same-day shipment depending on availability
  • Available for most in-stock domestic orders during checkout
  • Some orders may not qualify due to processing timelines or fulfillment limits

Priority Processing speeds up order processing only. It does not change the shipping method or delivery speed.

Some orders may still require verification checks, such as payment or address confirmation.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier's website.

How can I see my shipping cost?

Shipping costs (when applicable) are shown during checkout before your order is placed.

Charges are processed when the order is fulfilled.

You can also view shipping charges in your order confirmation email or account.

Delivery Issues

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

Carrier tracking updates may occasionally pause due to scanning delays. In some cases, packages continue moving through the carrier network without updated scans.

If tracking shows no movement, we recommend waiting 5 business days from the last scan, as most delays resolve during that time.

If there is still no tracking movement after 5 business days, please contact us to begin a carrier investigation.

What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I don't receive it?

If tracking shows as delivered, but you do not have it:

  • Check around your delivery location
  • Confirm the shipping address on the order
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local carrier for additional delivery details.

If you are unable to locate the package, please contact us to begin a carrier investigation.

Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement can be issued.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect your package and its contents as soon as it is delivered.

If you notice damage:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging, package materials, and damaged items
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • Do not discard the item
  • Contact us as soon as possible so we can begin a carrier investigation.

Do not return damaged items without authorization, as this may affect the carrier claim.

For freight shipments, damage must be documented on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

How are lost or damaged shipments investigated with the carrier?

If a shipment is reported lost, delayed, or damaged, a carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Carrier investigations follow the carrier's policies and timelines. Armabear will assist with filing the claim and communicating the next steps.

During the investigations:

  • You may be asked to confirm delivery details
  • Supporting documentation or photos may be required
  • Damaged items and original packaging must be retained for possible carrier inspection
  • A written statement may be required in certain cases.

Please do not discard any packaging or products until the investigation has been completed.

A replacement order may be issued once the carrier resolves the claim.

What happens if I receive my original item and the replacement?

In some cases, the original shipment may arrive after a replacement or refund has been issued.

If the original shipment is delivered, please notify us immediately so we can provide return or payment instructions.
