Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the return conditions outlined below.
To start a return, you must complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request. Items returned without an approved RMA may be refused.
Eligible domestic returns may qualify for a pre-paid return shipping label, as explained below.

Your RMA number is valid for 10 business days, and the item must be shipped within that timeframe.

Yes! During the RMA process, you can select an exchange, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.
Most domestic returns qualify for free return shipping when:
- The return is for an exchange or store credit
- You use the pre-paid label provided through the RMA process
If you choose a refund to your original payment method and use our pre-paid label, $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.
If you use your own shipping label, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend insuring your package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot accept COD shipments or in-person drop-offs.
Return Eligibility and Conditions
To qualify for return:
- Item must be new and unused
- Original manufacturer packaging must be included
- All accessories, manuals, bundle items, and promotional gifts must be returned
Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or outside instructions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Yes. The following items cannot be returned:
- All items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
- Ammunition
- Reloading Components (e.g., primers, powder)
- Less Lethal Products
- Body armor
- Installed goods (e.g., a riflescope mounted and/or assembled onto a firearm)
- Oversized items (e.g., gun safes)
- Hygienic products (e.g., mouth-blown game calls, personal protective equipment, respirators, and masks)
- Underwear
- Hazardous items (as marked on our website)
- Safety products (e.g., avalanche safety gear, climbing gear, or helmets)
- Food products (e.g., dehydrated foods, MREs, energy consumables, supplements, powders, etc.)
- Binary Triggers
- Customized or personalized products
- Special order items, including promotional and corporate merchandise
- PPE, protection devices, health supplies, and cleaning supplies
- Laboratory items
Some items may require pre-authorization before return.
Yes. Select Special Categories, like Laboratory Items, high-value, or volume orders, have different rules.
These items require pre-authorization before being returned and may be subject to additional limitations or restocking fees (up to 35%).
If applicable, instructions will be provided during the RMA process.
Refunds, Processing & Adjustments
Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after receiving.
Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Most standard returns do not have restocking fees.
However, we may charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) or refuse a return if:
- The item is opened, used, or damaged
- Packaging is missing
- Return instructions were not followed
Certain product categories may have additional limitations:
- Electronic products
- Items removed from their plastic blister packaging
- Shoes returned without the manufacturer's box
Submit an RMA and select the appropriate return reason.
If the issue qualifies, we'll provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
If rewards were earned or used on a returned item, adjustments may be made according to our rewards terms.
