The Ridgeback is now stronger, lighter and includes spall guard! The Ridgeback M4+ is one of the most popular and strongest plates on the market and has now lost weight and gained strength. Utilizing a unique honeycomb ceramic tile face, the Ridgeback M4+ features a multi-curve design and offers enhanced protection above that of the NIJ Level 4 rating, featuring the ability to take multiple impats of .30-06 M2 AP ammunition. The new Ridgeback M4+ combines our Ridgeback plate and anit-spall sleeve to deliver the most complete body armor available. Contains four layers of front facing Aramid fibers and rear facing trauma pad.image
