These by Meprolight are completely self-illuminated without batteries using a light collection tube that focuses ambient light into a dot projected on the sight lens during the day and a small tritium light source for night missions. Adjustable for both windage and elevation, the Meprolight GLS 40mm Grenade Launcher Sight also has built-in drift compensation for an incredibly high first-hit probability.
